Orders will be shipped within 4 business days of checkout if placed before 2 PM CT. After 2 PM CT, orders will ship within 5 business days. Please note, during high volume times of year or on national holidays, orders may take a little longer to process. Once your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation and tracking number for your order to the email address or mobile number provided at checkout. If you placed your order through Facebook, you will receive your shipping confirmation via Facebook Messenger.

International Shipments

We do ship to select international countries for a standard fee of $25. These can be found in the Country/Region dropdown menu at checkout. Please allow 4-6 weeks for your order to arrive.  All customs, duties, taxes and fees are the responsibility of the customer to pay at the time of delivery. Any package that is rejected and returned to UOI Boutique will be subject to return fees based on the costs we incur.

Shipping Insurance

We partner with Route Shipping to offer our customers insurance options on their purchase and shipment to protect your purchase in the event it is lost, stolen, or damaged during the shipping process. Lost, Damaged or Missing Packages

Multiple Shipping Addresses

At this time, we can only ship to one address per order. If you would like to ship to multiple addresses, please place an order for each address to which you wish to ship. 

In-Store and Curbside Pick Up 

UOI Boutique is pleased to offer in-store pick up at our locations in Sterling, IL, and Oregon, IL.  Please note, you must live locally to select this option. If store pick-up is selected at checkout, you will receive an email or text within 4 business days to let you know when your order is ready for pick up.
