Lost, Damaged or Missing Packages

Multiple Shipping Addresses

At this time, we can only ship to one address per order. If you would like to ship to multiple addresses, please place an order for each address to which you wish to ship.

UOI Boutique is pleased to offer in-store pick up at our store in Sterling, IL.  Please note, you must live locally to select this option. If store pick-up is selected at checkout, you will receive an email or text within 4 business days to let you know when your order is ready for pick up.
