How do I recover my password if I’ve forgotten it?

Complete the recovery process by entering your email address associated with your account on the box that opens and select “submit.” We will instruct you on next steps from there.

How do I delete my account?

We’re sorry to hear you are no longer interested in having an account with us. Please email with the email address associated with your account. We will be happy to remove this information for you. Please note, we will still email you order confirmations and receipts should you decide to purchase from us again.

Will I receive an order confirmation after I place my order?

Yes, we will send an order confirmation to the email address or mobile phone number provided at the time of your order that will include your order number. If you placed your order on Facebook, you will receive an order confirmation, and all future communications about your order, via Facebook Messenger. If you did not receive this confirmation within 24 hours of your order being placed, please contact with your name, billing address, and phone number.

When will I receive shipping confirmation?

As a small business, we appreciate you shopping with us. We ship all of our orders within 4 business days. Orders placed after 2 PM CT will ship within 5 business days. Please note, during high volume times of year or on national holidays, orders may take a little longer to process. Once your order has shipped, we will email you with a shipping confirmation and tracking number for your purchase. 

Can orders be changed or cancelled after they are placed?

We understand that sometimes orders are placed accidentally for the incorrect size or item. If you need to cancel or change the size or color you ordered, please contact our customer care team at We are unable to add new or additional items to any order that has been placed at this time. If you place an additional order online and would like us to combine your orders in a package to save on shipping costs, please email or call our team at (815) 590-1493 and we’d be happy to try to accommodate this request.

Can I pick up my order in stores?

At this time we are offering curb-side pickup. 


Yes, you can pick up your order from our boutique location in Sterling, IL.  Please note, you must live in the surrounding area to select this option. If store pick-up is selected, you will be notified that your order is ready for pick up within 4 business days via the email address or mobile phone number provided at the time of checkout.


Do you offer discounts, sales or coupon codes?

We offer 15% off your first purchase when you sign up for our email list. By subscribing to our email newsletter, you will also be the first to know when we offer sales or special pricing on our collection. You can sign up for emails at the bottom of our website on any page. 

Can I use more than one discount on my order?

Only one discount can be applied to an order. This includes sales, promotions, and coupon codes.

Do you offer price adjustment on orders?

If the item you ordered is now on sale, we’d be happy to honor the sale price within 3 days of purchase date. We will not offer any exceptions after 3 days. For your order to be eligible for a price adjustment, the exact item you purchased must be on sale. We will not offer a discount on different colorways or variations. Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free shipping on all orders over $100, no code necessary.

How quickly will my order be shipped after I place it?

Do you offer expedited shipping?

UOI Boutique does not offer expedited shipping at this time. 

Can shipping on my purchase be insured?

We partner with Route Shipping to offer our customers insurance options on their purchase and shipment to protect your purchase in the event it is lost, stolen, or damaged during the shipping process. To insure your order, toggle the shipping protection switch to “on” above the “checkout” button in your cart. 

What if my order was lost, stolen or damaged in transit?

If you purchased insurance for your order through our Route Shipping program, you can click here to file a claim. If you did not purchase insurance, but would like to report an issue with your order, please email us at with details about your experience. 


What payment types do you accept?

We accept Visa, Maestro, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express as well as ShopPay, Apple Pay (on iPhone)  and Google Pay. 


What is your return policy?

We accept returns for store credit. To return an item to us, the item must have been purchased from our site, as well as be unworn, unwashed, in its original condition, and have all original tags and parts attached. All returns must be sent back within 14 days of the order being received. We do not provide prepaid return labels for returns. Final sale items cannot be returned for store credit. What is your holiday return policy?

Holiday gifts ordered after November 15, 2022 are eligible for returns until January 10, 2023. Must comply with our full return policy. See our full return policy for details.

Do you offer exchanges?

If the item you ordered is in stock in the size and color you need, we are happy to make an exchange. To initiate an exchange, please email and we will get this process started. If the item is not available, we’d be happy to exchange your purchase for an item of an equal value. Please reach out to the email above with your request. Which items are considered final sale?

Final sale items include any item discounted 30% or more, as well as, intimates, gift cards, bodysuits, and accessories.

How do I make a return?
