What size should I order?

Our selection of clothing comes from various manufacturers, so we do not have a set size chart. We do find that most of our items run true to size and if an item runs differently we will put a note in the description. If you want more help to ensure you're ordering the perfect size, simply chat us or give us a call!

Where's my package?

Once your item has been packaged you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number. Please give your tracking number up to 12 hours before it starts working. Once your package is in the hands of USPS please call your local post office if you have any concerns over where your package is. We only have the tracking number that was provided with your order. Have you not received your tracking number yet? E-mail us at uoicustomerservice@gmail.com. You may have entered your e-mail incorrectly, which means you aren't receiving our e-mails.

The item I want is out of stock or isn't on the website.

We have the best customers ever! Sometimes our items are more popular than expected and they sell out quickly. When this happens we try our hardest to restock the items. We can't guarantee that we can get all of our popular items restocked, but if you click on the sold out item, a red tab will appear on the right side of the screen. This tab can be used to sign up for automatic e-mail alerts. Items that have been restocked already can be found here.

Can I change my order once it's been submitted?

You can, but only if we haven't shipped your order yet. Please call us ASAP (815.632.3171) instead of e-mailing, as we may not see your e-mail in time.

How long will it take to get my package?

Once you place an order please allow 3-4 days for it to process, you will know when your order is done processing because you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number. Once you have your tracking number you can expect your order to arrive in 4-7 days via First Class mail, or 3-4 days via Priority Mail.

Express shipping is an exception. Your order will be sent out that day if placed before 3:00PM CST. You can expect your order within 1-2 days after it has been shipped. Express shipping orders are also insured.

How can I get discounts and freebies?

Looking to win some free clothing? Follow us on Facebook and Instagram! We regularly have contests for free clothes and gift cards. Another way to get exclusive discounts is to join our mailing list. We only send out e-mails about once a week so you don't have to worry about being spammed. Our e-mails include discount codes, sneak peeks, and showcase the newest trends. I got an e-mail that says my order has been canceled.

Don't worry! This is an automated e-mail that just means you have been refunded for the items you needed to be refunded for.

How do I wash my new clothes?

If there are no instructions on the label of the clothing item, you should either hand wash the item, or wash it on the delicate cycle in cold water. Do not put the clothing in the dryer, you should only air dry it. UOI does not take an item back if it has been washed or altered in any way. Please always wash your clothing with care!

My credit card is failing due to a zip code error!

To ensure a secure transaction, we require that the billing address zip code for all orders matches the zip code your bank has on file. Even if the transaction fails due to this reason, an authorization for the amount will be created and it will show on your bank statement. Rest assured that this is not a withdrawal of money, and most banks clear authorizations for charges that did not go through within 24-72 hours.
