Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return, all items must be unworn, unwashed, free of any scents, & in the original condition that they are received in (tags & boxes included). Items sent back with damaged or missing packaging will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. The customer pays return shipping. Shipping is non-refundable. If you are shipping a package valued at over $75 we recommend using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance. We are not liable for return items in transit.
Items returnable for in-store credit only: Items bought with a gift card or at a discount, lifestyle items, home decor, items received from a exchange, leggings, footwear, jewelry, and all accessories including purses.
Final sale items: Any item discounted 30% or more, swimsuits & intimate items.
If you received a DAMAGED item, we MUST be notified via e-mail (email@example.com) with a photo of the damage within 24 hours of delivery.
We offer 3 options for returned items:
If a return is postmarked within 14 days of delivery it qualifies for the option of online credit. An online gift card will be sent for the amount of the returned products to the e-mail on file for the order.
If a return is postmarked within 14 days of delivery it qualifies for the option of exchange. Before you ship your order back, please contact us with the item you would like to receive so that we may put it on hold for you.
If a return is postmarked within 7 days of delivery it qualifies for the option of refund. There is a 10% restocking fee deducted from the refund amount.

Once we receive your return, it will be processed within 2 business days. If your package meets the criteria above, it will be processed according to the answers on this form. If you requested a refund, please allow 2-5 business days for the transaction to process.
