On-Site or Store Purchases
To return an item to us, the item must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition, and have all original tags and parts attached. Damaged or altered items will not be accepted for return unless approved by our team. All returns must be sent back within 14 days of the order being received. All eligible returns can be sent back for your choice of refund or store credit. Please note, final sale items are not eligible for return and include any item discounted 30% or more, as well as, intimates, swimsuits, makeup, gift cards, bodysuits, and accessories. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
Holiday gifts that comply with our return policy are eligible for returns by January 10, 2021. All items may only be returned for store credit. See above for full return policy.
Gift cards are final sale and can not be returned or refunded.
If the item you ordered is in stock in the size and color you need, we are happy to make an exchange. To initiate an exchange, please email email@example.com and we will get this process started. If the item is not available, we’d be happy to exchange your purchase for an item of an equal value. Please reach out to the email above with your request.
If seeking an exchange due to an item that arrived damaged, defective, or was incorrectly processed, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, photos of the product, and all relevant details about your experience. You must reach out to us within 24-hours of receiving your order to report a damaged item.
Return Request Process
All returns may be sent to the below address using the trackable shipping method of your choice. Please include a copy of your package slip within your return and retain your tracking number for your records. Your returned items will be reviewed upon receipt back to our store to ensure they are in line with our return policy. If approved, we will issue you a store credit for the value of your return within 5 business days of receipt.
