If both papers are not enclosed, we will not be able to process your return. If your received a DAMAGED item, we MUST be notified via e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org) with photos of the damage within 24 hours of delivery in order to possibly receive a full cash refund.
Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery to be eligible for online credit or an exchange. If you would like to perform an exchange, please e-mail us at email@example.com with the name of the new item you would like to exchange for so that we may hold it for you. The new item must be of equal or lesser value to the returned item. Any price difference will be refunded. Although we highly recommend our customers to choose online credit or exchange, we do offer a cash refund option. Due to transaction fees there will be a 10% restocking fee on all cash refunds. All returns intended for cash refunds must be postmarked within 7 days of delivery. If the back of this form is not filled out, you will be given online credit for your return.
All items must be unworn, unwashed, & in the original condition that they were received in (tags attached); this includes shoeboxes. Sale items, leggings, and footwear may be returned for online credit only. All sales on intimate items such as, undergarments, swimwear, and body/ fashion jewelry are final sale only. You will be responsible for your own return shipping costs. Shipping is non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. By all means we don’t want you to be stuck with an item that you are unhappy with, however we are a small online boutique and must keep to our return policy. If you are coming close to the return deadline, feel free to contact us.

Holidays and Weekends are not counted as business days. Orders placed on Saturday & Sunday will be processed on Monday (orders will also ship on Monday unless it's a Holiday). We do offer international shipping. If you find that our system is not letting you ship to your country, please e-mail us so that we may add your country to our shipping list. International shipping is a flat rate of $25 with the exception of Canada. Canada First Class shipping is $20 and takes 2-4weeks to arrive.Typically international shipping takes 3-12 weeks depending on the country. Please know that we cannot guarantee the length of time it will take or even that your shipment will get to you.
Customs is a government agency responsible for regulating shipments entering a country or region. All shipments sent to and from a country or region must clear customs first. It's always buyer's responsibilities to clear customs and pay the relevant custom duties. Many countries do not charge import duties on private items, samples, and goods below a certain stated value. However, it might still possible to find that you have to pay taxes when goods you’ve ordered from us arrive in your country.
