Shipping Policy
SHIPPING ALERT: When placing holiday orders, please be mindful that shipping times may vary due to inclement weather and increased shipments. We appreciate you shopping small and thank you for your patience!
Orders will be shipped within 4 business days of checkout if placed before 2 PM CT. After 2 PM CT, orders will ship within 5 business days. Please note, during high volume times of year or on national holidays, orders may take a little longer to process. Once your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation and tracking number for your order to the email address or mobile number provided at checkout. If you placed your order through Facebook, you will receive your shipping confirmation via Facebook Messenger.
PO Box Shipments
We are able to ship to PO Boxes via the methods listed above.
International Shipments
We currently do not ship internationally.
Shipping Insurance
We partner with Route Shipping to offer our customers insurance options on their purchase and shipment to protect your purchase in the event it is lost, stolen, or damaged during the shipping process. Learn more about it here. To insure your order, toggle the shipping protection switch to “on” below the subtotal in your cart.
Lost, Damaged or Missing Packages
We’re sorry to hear that you encountered an issue with your shipment. While we are not responsible for any package that is lost or stolen in transit, we are here to help you. Please contact us at hello@uoiboutique.com with your order number and details about your experience and we’d be happy to assist you.
Multiple Shipping Addresses
At this time, we can only ship to one address per order. If you would like to ship to multiple addresses, please place an order for each address to which you wish to ship.
In-Store and Curbside Pick Up
UOI Boutique is pleased to offer in-store pick up at our store in Sterling, IL. Please note, you must live locally to select this option. If store pick-up is selected at checkout, you will receive an email or text within 4 business days to let you know when your order is ready for pick up.
